Hours & General Information

  • Business Office Hours: JPN hours are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday (holidays excepted).   Phone messages will be returned the same business day or no later than the next business day.  Calls are typically not returned on weekends or holidays; however, voice mail will be periodically monitored so emergencies or Service cancellations/additions can be handled accordingly.
  • Service HoursCore Service hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, seven days a week.  Services are offered outside core hours and on Holidays for an additional fee.  It is recommended Pet Owners contact the Business Office to coordinate these arrangements in advance.
  • Payment:  Payment for JPN Services is due in full on or before the first day of Service.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check payable to Julie The Pet NannyJPN does not accept post-dated checks. 
  • Initial Consultation:  JPN requires an initial consultation (free of charge) with any Pet Owners requesting Services for the first time.
  • KeysJPN discourages leaving any key in a designated area (i.e. on a kitchen counter or under a mat) prior to or following any Services. It is recommended the Pet Owner maintain a house key at the JPN Business Office.  Pet Owner keys are labeled with a confidential, unidentifiable lettering/ numbering system and when not in use are retained in a locked, fire proof safe.
